Minestrone Pasta Salad

* 12 oz (5 cups) Bow-tie Pasta
*1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed
*1 package pepperoni, sliced
*4 plum, roma tomatoes, coarsely chopped
*1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
*1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
*1/4 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese
*Freshly ground black pepper
*3/4 cup italian dressing

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water to cool.

In large bowl, combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
